It reminds me of a peacock.

Did you notice that it is made with a bunch of condoms? It was on display at the United Nations guests' lobby. There was some kinda of exhibit about condoms, maybe some awareness thing. I thought it was interesting and pretty then I got closer, and closer ... and then the yuck factor hit me! Yikes! I posted it to see if anyone would figure it out.
Woah, I didn't notice that at all!!!!
I'm going to have to take another look!
